I always want to speak about something relevant for you, but sometimes I wait too long to write something. I like to collect some data and experience, before I present information and my thoughts. Now, I feel I have been silent for too long. We have all experienced something these last few months that we have never experienced before, and I\u2019d like to talk about how it affects us and our families.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We all get so used to living in our imaginary world, always being out and entertained, that some of us experienced shock when we had to stay at home. We had lived with a certain picture of ourselves, our family, or our relationships.\u00a0 Now that life had been taken away from us and we have received nothing in return. All of a sudden, we were stripped down to the bare minimum. \u00a0 We created a picture of our lives years ago that became us and we don\u2019t even recognize what is wrong with it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Many people when ordered to stay home or not to go to work, were forced to stop doing whatever they had been used to doing. For months it caused stress because we had to be with ourselves and just ourselves 24\/7, which we had never done before. I have friends all over the world and 80% of them have felt discomfort, boredom, and many other negative feelings because they are forced to be either with their families or on their own without distractions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Suddenly, there is no need to dress up, no need to have a good appearance, no ability to get a manicure, no ability to get a haircut, no ability to go to the restaurants and get drunk, no posting on Facebook, and so on<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We have forgotten how to face ourselves and our families. Suddenly, there is no need to dress up, no need to have a good appearance, no ability to get a manicure, no ability to get a haircut, no ability to go to the restaurants and get drunk, no posting on Facebook, and so on.\u00a0 <\/span>People had to look inside. The universe made us start thinking and seeing something inside. It took away everything that could distract us and left us with our flaws bared for us to see. Start figuring out who we really are. Many families are going through challenges now since they don\u2019t even know each other.\u00a0 They got married under some sort of influence (distorted picture of each other or society push).\u00a0 Now reality has hit them and they are bored with each other because they are shallow (probably both of them).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Those who are alone experience the stress of being alone, realizing that it sucks to not talk to people. Being alone is stressful. We need people to communicate with. No gathering, no drinking – nothing.\u00a0 It\u2019s tough! Some of us would realize that after quarantine, we should be working on finding a good partner and changing things to attract one. This virus situation lightened up a lot of things for us. Many of us showed our real faces, the nation showed it\u2019s real face.\u00a0 Things got stripped down and there was no more pretentiousness left. <\/span>A lot of insecurities showed up. A lot of fears showed up.\u00a0 There was tons of uncertainty for many people with no ability to comprehend or deal with it let alone being able to learn something from the situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve heard mothers who got tired of their children because they were forced to stay with them.\u00a0 All of a sudden, they have to deal with something they had been avoiding for years.\u00a0 Now, their munchkins piss them off because mom has lost her privacy. They don\u2019t even ask themselves why it\u2019s happening and how they affected their little ones.\u00a0 That is a sign for a mom to ask herself, \u201cwhy her child is doing it?\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Why is my child is so insecure and fearful of me disappearing? <\/span><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n

While COVID is happening, we will be having a lot of situations when we would need to face the music from what had been done before the quarantine. Now we have time to either fix it, pay attention, recognize it finally, or at least try to deal with it and maybe make an adjustment that would work in the long run for us and our families.<\/span><\/p>\n

In short, I\u2019m asking you to look around and revisit your life. Revisit your relationships. Look at yourself and what is happening now with you. Try to assess if you are angry, where this anger is coming from, and maybe try to finally see its roots.\u00a0 Now it\u2019s time to clean our brains and our hearts.\u00a0 Stop just talking about \u201c spirituality\u201d and start practicing and inviting it into your heart.\u00a0 Start revisiting our ego situations and deal with it. Start\u00a0<\/span>seeing how we all are the same without Instagram, cars, clothes, makeup, and so on.<\/span><\/p>\n

No one is better.\u00a0 We must start coming back to ourselves! We must!\u00a0 It\u2019s not hearing from a salesman that knows nothing since his life is empty, but filled with mottos for someone else. It\u2019s acting, thinking, changing, and revisiting. \u00a0 The universe is clearly giving us a message, let\u2019s hear it out\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
